Mrs Tracy Owusu-Addo, the wife of Ghanaian musician Sarkodie, opened up about her relationship with the musician. Tracy Sarkcess reveals, among other things, that her husband's steadfast faith in his vision confirmed that he was the right person.

Tracy, the founder of Brave Connect, a social enterprise aimed at addressing menstrual health hygiene issues in Ghana, believes in charting one's own path in life.

The Financial Literacy advocate revealed in an exclusive interview with Berla Mundi what made her husband stand out among her suitors.

"You know, my husband, sometimes I don't know how to describe him, but he is someone who has been blessed with vision," Tracy Sarkcess said. And he's someone who can see into the future and tell you what he sees.

"As a woman, it's reassuring to know that you have someone like that who also has his head in the right place." And if it's not about all the other nonsense but about you, the person, I think you'd know within yourself that he's the right person. That was the turning point for me."

Tracy, a media strategist, went on to say that she believed she could persuade Sarkodie to leave the music industry and join her abroad. Her husband, on the other hand, remained devoted.

"I didn't, to be honest. In my mind, I imagined myself convincing him to accompany me to Germany at some point. "I wasn't convinced by the music."

They've known each other since they were kids growing up in the same neighborhood, according to Sarkodie's wife. She stated that, despite Sarkodie's interest in her through her cousin, they did not meet until she returned to the country. They've been inseparable ever since.
